1. Payment
• Please transfer money to DBS-Saving Account 048-7-013818 Note: transfer from non-DBS banks will take 2 business days.
• Please transfer payment when order is confirmed and I will give a payment confirmation once I have received it.
• Exchange Rate: 1USD = To be advised based on that day's conversion rate
• No cancellation of order is allowed after payment is made. All sales are final.
• Shipping fee is estimated to be USD25(FCA). Top up or refund is required for any variance to the FCA shipping cost.

2. Authenticity:
• All items are bought from Kate Spade Outlet OR Coach Outlet.
• All items are BRAND NEW with or without price tag.

3. Shipping option
• USPS First-Class Mail (FCA): 10 to 14 biz days - NO Tracking Number, NO INSURANCE (buyer is liable for missing and damage item)
• USPS Priority Mail (PM): 6 to 10 biz days – WITH Tracking Number and some insurance (recommended). Customer shall receive the tracking number once package has been shipped out.
•Express Mail (EMS): 3 to 5 biz days (Highly Recommended!) Customer shall receive the tracking number once package has been shipped out.
• We shall not be liable for any damages during transit or lost mails.
